At Melinis, we take pride in our unique production process, inspired by the natural work of bees in their hive. Just as bees ventilate their honey to reduce water content, we gently blend raw fruits with honey and process this mixture using specially designed equipment called homogenizers. These machines maintain a controlled temperature of 35-38°C and use currents of very dry air to evaporate the water from the mixture over a period of 2-4 weeks. This slow and careful method preserves the fruits in their near-natural state, without boiling or pasteurization, ensuring maximum nutritional value and authentic flavor in every jar.
Safety
Because we utilise raw honey it is not recommended for children under 12 months.
Storage Instructions:
Store, even after opening in a dry place away from direct sunlight, at temperatures between 18-25°C. It is not necessary to put it in the refrigerator.
